This Privacy Policy explains how I (Cal Mitchell / SQLpipe LTD) collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use calmitchell.tech (the “Site”).
This policy covers the blog, newsletter, and gated content. Data collected as part of consulting services is handled separately and covered by individual client agreements.

- Ghost – for publishing and managing newsletter subscriptions.
- Brevo – for email delivery and managing newsletter subscriptions..
These services act as "data processors" on my behalf. They only use your data as needed to provide their service.
Data Storage & Transfers
The Site is hosted in the EU. Your data may be stored or processed outside the UK/EU if required by Ghost or Brevo. When that happens, they are responsible for ensuring your data is protected under GDPR-equivalent safeguards.
Your Rights
If you are in the UK or EU, you have rights under data protection law, including the right to:
- Access the data I hold about you.
- Ask me to correct or delete your data.
- Withdraw consent for receiving newsletters at any time (via the unsubscribe link in emails).
